MP SERVICEnter FLAT RATE FOR SHIPPING COSTS. GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

The flat rate allows orders involving available S.O.L. (stock on-line) and/or F.O.L. (factory on-line) products placed on our website to be shipped during a period of 6 months, without having to pay any other kind of transportation costs if the package does not exceed the weight limit of the flat rate purchased.

If the order exceeds the weight limit, this additional cost will be invoiced: Official rate minus the amount of discount of the chosen flat rate.

ARTICLES NOT INCLUDED:

The following are not included in this flat rate: Software downloads, documents and goods to be shipped which are not permitted by transport agencies. (Air transportation of aerosols is not permitted)

REGIONS:

There are various shipping costs flat rates, in accordance with the countries where MP works (see table which details the various regions).

HOW TO USE IT:

Firstly, it must be activated: Choose the flat rate without placing any other product in your cart.

• In the window CATALOGUE OF REPLACEMENT PARTS: EXCLUSIVE SERVICENTER/ DOCUMENTS AND SERVICES/

Select the flat rate in line with the country or region where you want MP to send your orders to.

Once activated, transportation costs will not be applied to orders which do not exceed the weight limit over a period of 6 months.

The expiry date of the MP SERVICEnter Flat Rate can be consulted at any time by clicking on the "my flat rates" button in the MP SERVICEnter cart window.

 

CONDITIONS:

 

The MP Flat Rate is exclusive to orders placed online through MP SERVICEnter and may not be used for orders placed by fax, emails etc.

Orders to be shipped to different regions must select the appropriate flat rates

Clients with multiple invoicing accounts will need to have a flat rate purchased for every account.

The MP Flat Rate is non-refundable.

The MP Flat Rate does not automatically renew itself, and this must be done once it has expired.

The MP Flat Rate can only be purchased through the SERVICEnter.

MP reserves the right to change the conditions of use, sales, prices, services and cancellation.

If MP terminates the flat rate service, it shall refund the part of the subscription which has not been used.

 

MP reserves the right to suspend the service as a result of fraudulent use or misuse of the MP Flat Rate without any kind of refund.
